MANUAL CHANGE of ADMIN CONTACT (MCACE)
Use these forms when you need to update your CIRA adminstrative contacts email
address because you no longer have access to your CIRA user name and password.
Once your Admin email address has been updated your Registrar can have your CIRA username and password
forwaded to the new email and an update to the profile can be completed and approved by you.
